was founded in 2006, after several years of
product development. Our system was developed to provide dual purpose
conditioning for all skin and coat types. Because our dogs are first and
foremost our family members, who also moonlight as “show dogs”, we
designed our product line to serve both purposes.

Karen Thomas, original founding partner, has been an avid animal lover her
entire life. Throughout the years, she trained hunting/gun dogs, Schutzhund,
AKC obedience, as well as rehabilitation of aggression and other behavioral
issues. She has owned and groomed confirmation collies for over 20 years.
Her participation in the confirmation ring and background in holistic therapies
inspired her to create a line of products that would suit her multiple grooming
needs with ease and provide premium nutrients missing from many grooming
products.

Dr. Tiffany Downey, Karen’s daughter, joined

in 2011 as
partner and lead chemist. With her Ph.D. in chemistry, Tiffany
partners with her mother to develop new and innovative products, while
continually looking for ways to improve the existing system. Like her mother,
Tiffany was raised with multiple canine family members and has several “fur
kids” of her own. Also like her mother, she has a passion for the health and
overall well-being of her canine family members.

Karen and Tiffany reside in Phoenix, Arizona, where they and their family own
and show collies and shelties
